Once your project is agreed we aim to complete our Louden, Harrison, and Seymour rooms to our standard specification, within a 3 to 6 week timescale. The time needed to build a bespoke design will vary depending on size and specifications. You can rest assured that whatever timescale is agreed, our start to finish project management service will make sure we deliver on time.
10 year structural guarantee
For total peace of mind all our garden rooms are covered by a 10 year structural guarantee. This covers design and manufacturing faults and any material failure. Should a fault occur within the 10 year guarantee period we will repair or replace any faulty components completely free of charge.
We provide a one year guarantee on all internal floor, electrical installations, appliances, doors and windows, locks and handles. Our guarantee runs alongside any manufacturer's guarantees that may be issued.
