Here at Marlow Bespoke Garden Rooms we like to keep our pricing as transparent and simple as possible. Below is the price per metre square for our standard shell as specification .

Windows and door options will be added to the cost of this.

from £1,750 per metre square Inclusive of vat 

Any additional lighting or sockets will be charged at a cost of £75 per point
